Quicken 2003 Update - Lost Accounts

Quicken 2003 has really started messing up for me. First it was getting N/A
accounts, and then losing category assignments in entries, and now it's
dropped my Online Update info for several of my accounts. I've tried
deactivating and re-activating the online service, but to no avail. My wife
and I both have accounts at the credit union, and her ID will show up in the
update list, but not mine, even though I active the online service. Anybody
ever have this problem or have any suggestions? I hate to have to call tech
support a $1.95 a minute, especially when I see messages here that people
aren't satisfied with it.

Thx.

Not clear exactly what "Online Update info" is: are you referring to
information such as the financial institution name, account number, routing
number, etc.; or your pin in the pin vault?

What type of download does the credit union offer? When you first activate
(or reactivate) "web-connect" service, you must allow the download itself to
actually do the activation (to "enable" the account for online access).
That is, you disable the account for online access, then you download from
the fi, and the download will look for the account to "enable" for online
access (you may be asked to help it find the account by selecting it from a
drop down list). If you have "enabled" the account for online access before
you do the first download, Quicken will not offer the account to the
download process to be enabled (it will not appear in the drop down list).
