Quicken Investments

My husband and I have a few investment accounts, including a few 401
accounts.
We have 4 accounts with Ameritrade and I am able to update all four online.
We each have a current 401 with T.Rowe Price but I am not able to update
both accounts. We are employed by the same company and therefore have the
same account number, our employers number. However, we each have different
ID and passwords. Quicken will only allow my information (id and password)
or my husbands. There is nothing wrong with the way I have set up and
enabled the accounts. I know this because I opened a new quicken file with
only one T Rowe Price 401 account (his) and was able to download info and
history with no problem. As soon as I added my account to the new file, I
had the same problem. Bottom line is I want to enable two T Rowe Price 401
accounts. What am I doing wrong, or have I found a bug. What do you suggest
I try?

Quicken needs a unique account number for each account to be downloaded.
Does T.Rowe Price let you download a file instead of doing direct
download? If so you could manually open the file and change the account
number. You would need to do this each time so a script would be nice.

Not a good solution. Complain to Mr. Price & Co. My guess is that you
would have the same problem with MS Money or any other program.
