Canada Quicken XG2005 - Difficulty adding to my laptop

I've been using Quicken XG2005 for over 12 years now and my computer recently started giving me difficulty. I'm trying to load quicken on my laptop to use instead and now its asking for my installation key number. I've put in the code but keep getting the following message 'could not connect to the licensing server: HTTP: Request forbidden.

Can someone help me figure this out?
