    Hi,

Does someone explain to me as what are my rights as a debtor in case the debt collecting agency contacts me and threatens me to take to court though I do not own debt to them. Is there is any breach of my privacy rights here.

The debt collector even came to my residence in my absence and spoke to my neighbours as well.

    Regards,

    Sierra
