Receiving Payments to Multiple Invoices at Once

Hi,

Is there a way to easily recieve payments for multiple invoices at once.
For example I have 50 open invoices and they are all paid. I don't want to
have to click each one individually to receive payment.

Thanks!

I could only wish and hope for an efficient solution to this question. At
this time I use VBS and sendkeys. I have a lot of delay between commands and
be prepared to stop the script engine if keystrokes start getting sent to the
wrong window. May microsoft take pity on us sendkey users and add a receive
payment for multiple invoices.

set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WScript.Sleep 4500
WshShell.AppActivate "Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2009"
WScript.Sleep 1000
WshShell.SendKeys "{Down}{Up}"

For I = 1 To 1
WScript.Sleep 4500
WshShell.SendKeys "{Enter}"
WScript.Sleep 4500
WshShell.SendKeys "%ap"
WScript.Sleep 4500
WshShell.SendKeys "{Tab}{Tab}"
WScript.Sleep 4500
WshShell.SendKeys "Cash{Tab}"
WScript.Sleep 4500
WshShell.SendKeys "%fa"
WScript.Sleep 4500
WshShell.SendKeys " "
WScript.Sleep 5000
WshShell.SendKeys "{Down}{Up}"
Next
WshShell.SendKeys "{Down}"

This feature has to exist somewhere...I can't imagine that it doesn't. I
wonder if it could be done using the SBA Accounting SDK? Maybe an add-in? I
would be willing to look into creating an add-in if there is interest within
the community as I have several software developers available.

I don't know but for me it is working perfectly fine. I go to Customer ->
Receive payment. Select customer in 'Received from' and it shows all open
invoices. When I input the recieved amount, it automatically selects all the
invoices that totals to the amount entered. For example, if I have four open
invoices $5289, $5400, $5409 and 5165 and if I enter received amount $10689,
it automatically selects first two invoices.

That works if the invoices are from the same customer. However, if you have
100 invoices from 100 different customers there needs to be another way. I
still think there has to be a way :)
