Ireland Recognition of discounts for annual license fee ( Saas )

Hi All,

Can any one advise how to recognize a discount for scenario as below?

Summary:

2 years license fee e.g. €10,000 per month
30% discount for the onboarding for the first 5 clients
Billing quarterly

In my opinion, the discount should be recognized on monthly basis ( deducted from the monthly revenue ).
