Recurring invoices



We need to bill certain clients annually a certain fixed amount. I'd like
some way to automate this process. Basically, I want a reminder and I'd like
to be able to press a button and get the invoice. I didn't see anything in
the help file, but I'm still using Quickbooks Pro 2000.

Is there any way to do it with my current version?

If I upgrade, is there a way?




Check the memorized transactions feature. You can memorize invoices to
be either applied automatically or remind you to do it. The feature is
available in your version.
