Reg ED and CST reimbursement

Dear Frnds,
Am from Electrical origin.
A person X place an order to Y. Y gets the materials from other manufacturer Z.
The ED and CST value mentioned in the X invoice is the Z value. Whether it is correct.
Kindly provide the reply.
