Hello everybody. I have a question about related party transactions, specifically about Key Management Personnel and other Staff loans.
Are key management personnel loans included in staff loans? For example if in an annual report Staff Loans are written as a note in the Advances section (AR of a bank), whereas key management personnel loans are listed below in the Related Party Transactions note. Also, are these loans on the same financial terms for all involved parties?
