Remote connections

I am running MOA 2008 Pro on an XP pro Machine (Host). I am trying to connect
a remote machine using XP Home to the Host. These machine use to work lovley
until a few weeks ago. Now I have not communications for this and BCM.
Otherwise everthing else works great. I have managed to work around BCM so
now the 2 machines are working correctly but cannot figure out MOA. I Have
set up the host 1st according the multi user setup, then rechecking all the
suggestions that have been shown before, but I am unable to get the 2
machines communicating. Any ones help here would be greatly appreatiated.

I know it's a little late, but I can help, if you provide more information.
- What is BCM? (You seem to assume people know what BCM is!)
- Please say *how* you are connecting your XP Home machine to the host. Are you using Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Client (MS RDP)? How do you normally connect?
- Are you attempting to connect to a specific IP address?
- Are you connecting your machine directly to the SQL server instance?

(If you don't know the above, you need to contact whoever set it up for you!)

- When you say "unable to get the two machines communicating", you need to provide more info. Are you getting an error message? At what point?

You most probably need someone to help you in person (I provide home help if required) however I can try to help on here first.

Thanks

Mat
