I analyzed the income statements of 229 fpublicly owned, oreign
companies based all over the world. Moreover, I analyzed 710 American
publicly owned corporations.

To find the corporate tax rate, you need the following equation:
Corp.TaxRate = 1 - NET_INCOME/PRETAX_INCOME

I took the total net income of all the companies, and I also took the
entire pre-tax income of all the companies, and I divided the sums
together. NOTE: I did *NOT* simply average all the individual tax
rates up.

In doing so, I find out that the average corporate tax rates in the
USA is only 34.3% and for foreign countries, it's 40.1%.

And with the foreign countrys with the lowest corporate taxation,
you cant get the amount of tax they paid the way you did it anyway.
