Republicans Lie About American Corporate Tax Rates

I analyzed the income statements of 229 fpublicly owned, oreign
companies based all over the world. Moreover, I analyzed 710 American
publicly owned corporations.

To find the corporate tax rate, you need the following equation:
Corp.TaxRate = 1 - NET_INCOME/PRETAX_INCOME

I took the total net income of all the companies, and I also took the
entire pre-tax income of all the companies, and I divided the sums
together. NOTE: I did *NOT* simply average all the individual tax
rates up.

In doing so, I find out that the average corporate tax rates in the
USA is only 34.3% and for foreign countries, it's 40.1%.

Thats not the corporate tax rate, thats the percentage of tax
they paid on their nett income, a different matter entirely.

Mindlessly superficial. There is considerable variation in how foreign countrys tax corporates.

And with the foreign countrys with the lowest corporate taxation,
you cant get the amount of tax they paid the way you did it anyway.
