Recently, the firm I work for has taken on Right Networks Cloud. I looked up some reviews online and have found that many people are not satisfied with their service, and others that absolutely rave about it. Most of the reviews focus on their customer service rather than capability and utilization.
I was hoping to get some feedback and specificity from a CPA/Accountant that has actually used it. Does anyone have experience with this Cloud service?
