RMS POS Loses Focus on Transaction Screen



Occasionally, When scanning a bard-code or entering an item number with a set price attribute and item detail forced, and after enter the price and the item detail RMS POS loses focus of the transaction screen. The transaction screen becomes unresponsive but the keyboard screen still active. The only why to work around this is to kill the task through task manager and relaunch POS again.

Anyone has the knowledge of why and how to fix?
