USA S corp shareholder basis calculation

I'm one of those people that has neglected to keep track of basis annually and am now in the process of going back to the inception - 2002 - to get the basis up to date. Searching online has been fruitless to find the answer to my dilemma. The question I have:

are my individual rental losses (sch E) & capital losses (sch D) part of the calculation in determining shareholder basis? Or does the worksheet strictly refer to
items listed on “Form 1120s sch K-1” (the losses and the assets of the S corp?) Thanks so much for your help.

if you are a person that rents her/his personal property as an individual, and receives a separate K-1 from the company that has nothing to do with the rental property ...these are two separate things . Your basis calculation will include K-1 only in this case....
