UK Sage Instant bank deposit question

I've just set up a new Limited company with another partner and I'm starting fresh with Sage. I have a number of deposits made by the directors (me and partner) to record in the bank current account.

How is this done step-by-step?

Really important I start entering the correct data before it goes horribly wrong. eeek
