Sale of bullion in bullionvault to pay outstanding service charges

My question can be gleamed from the title. If bullionvault or goldmoney deducts gold from my account to pay for yearly service charges, is this a taxable transactions. I would hope it would not be taxable but have had little luck in finding an answer. Thank you very much.
