Hi

If a company sells its amazon store, a part of its business not the whole. Will it be operating profits in CT600? ER will not be available because its company. Anyone with some more details please

It's not clear what it is you're actually asking about. I can figure that it's something to do with selling part of a business, corporation tax and entrepreneurs relief, but outside of that, I don't know what your actual question is.

Basically, it is treated as a capital gain in the Corporation Tax Return.

In the financial statements themselves, it will be shown as an Exceptional Item.
