It appears to me that Microsoft has missed a big piece here. With Quickbooks
an end user has the ability to stay synchronized with there Microsoft Outlook
contacts list. With SBA you can perform an upload of data from SBA to
Business Contact Manager, from that point forward you have to manually add
information into both interfaces. When will Microsoft create a constant sync
or a synchronization process between these two pieces?
