I need to send transactions, that need two TANs from different
    persons(at different places).
With Quicken 2014 I have to terminate the transaction after entering the
first TAN and later the transaction will not be syncronised, if from
distance the secand TAN has been entered.

Is there a way to handle this problem?

What's a TAN? Please elaborate on what you're trying to do.

A TAN (nomenclature of financial transactions) is a 'Transaction
    Authentication Number'
