I'm selling my PPR in Ireland .( Aug 2017 ) I have lived there for 26 years . ( 1/3 acre )
I'm assuming I am not liable to CGT on the proceeds of the sale .
What do I need to supply to my lawyer to close out the sale ,from a tax point of view.
Do I need a tax clearance cert from revenue ,or anything else .
