Hi, i'm new on here so hello to everyone!

I'm looking to start up a company, but it is to do exactly the same as the company I work for at the moment.

My question is about registering my company. I don't want my boss to know that I have set a company up as I will get sacked, and I could do without that at the moment, as i'm sure you can understand. But I need to set it up so that I can start getting clients on board.

Is there any way that I can register my company without it showing on my payslips? (not sure if the tax code will change or any other information).

I heard that you can get an 'off the shelf company' that can be registered to your accountants address. Is this possible? And if so, will it affect the details on my wage slip?

If there are any other possibilities that anyone knows about then I would be very grateful to hear about them.

If you want or need any more info, just reply to my thread or message me.

Any help would be great!

Thanks

Mintm
