Hello, this is my first post.

I have a question regarding shares of one company.

The company have Authorised Share Capital of 50000 usd, and issue ordinary shares of 2 shares with par value 1usd each.

If I have to determine the percentage of ownership what should I do?

So if company sold only 2 ordinary shares, the shareholders of those will own 50% of the company each?
For example: "X" company have 50000 authorised share capital, "B" company have 1 ordinary share and "A" company also have 1 ordinary share.
By my understanding, from what you mentioned, now the ownership of the company will be 50% to A and 50% to B.
So no percentage belongs to principal company "X".
Is that correct?
