Shares of No Par Value???

What does it really mean when it's stated that:

"The Company is to be registered with 1,000,000 Shares of no par Value"

Par value for equities has no real meaning and is not connected to what a share is worth on the market. Its not that uncommon to have 0 par and only changes the line item it gets booked to. See this link for a quick review of how its accounted for
