Shortcut to mark transactions as reconciled????

I have been using quicken 2003 and decided to give the Money 2006 deluxe
trial version a try. Importing my existing quicken file wouldn't work so I
had to export it as as a qif file and then import into Money.

All transactions (5 years worth) are marked as (E) and I need to set them as
reconciled. Doing each one individually is very time consuming. I'm hoping
there is some "secret" little trick or short cut that can make it faster than
right clicking the transaction, going to "mark as" and selecting reconciled.

Yes, I saw this short cut on one of the "faq's", but either I'm not applying
it properly or it does not work with Money 2006.

I am highlighting the entry and then doing the ctrl-shift-m and nothing
happens.

Change your register view so that only the only the unreconciled
transactions are showing. Pressing crtl-shift-m keys concurrently
should then reconcile the transaction, hide the transaction, and
automatically move to the next transaction.

Thanks JCM, but that still doesn't work. ctrl-shift-m just doesn't do
anything for me at all. Does that function work in Money 2006 or the trial
version I wonder????

a different approach than CTRL-SHFT-M, would be to "balance the account"
(putting in whatever final balance you need to get you where you want to
be) - then holding the spacebar will mark each transaction as reconciled.

Here is another approach...try CTRL+SHIFT+ <left mouse click>...this is a
little faster as you do not have to up arrow or down arrow.
