USA Should I be paying 30 years for FFA in AA county? Overpaid!

Front foot assessment should only be 23 years to my understanding. I have paid for 30 years here in Anne Arundel County. What to do? They are still sending me a bill for something that should have been paid in full after 23 years. From my understanding I have OVERPAID for 7 years!!!
