This is easily proven by looking at posting headers.
You should also be aware that someone is very busy removing
their posts, a good look on goggle will show that is also true.
And it's easy to work put who is removing their posts, as one only needs
to see that there are posters replying to posts, and the
original posts isn't there!

I understand that Ipswich Council have decided that they can no longer
afford to issue clothing grants as they are spending too much money on
fighting off nutters and time wasters telling them how to do their job
with regards to public places and access.
(And why the **** should I and other Ipswich rate payers have to pay
to bring up somebody else's brats on a sink council house estate. If
they'd asked if I would have contributed to a compulsory sterilisation
program, then that would have been a different matter)

If this is true then should the state pay for cancer treatment for
those that had a sexual active life as a young teen?
The point being, if we cause our own illness why should the state
pay for our care, why?
If I was to smoke 50 60+ a day should state pay for my lung
cancer?
If I am an alcoholic should the state pay for my treatment?

No. If the girls parents are obviously below any poverty line then the
state should contribute. Forced adoption is not an option.
At present this isn't a totalitarian state.

I live above a guy who thinks he has the god given right to blare TVW said:

hit when learning. Point being, not a unfathered child in sight.

Then their's the woman above me who pounds her overweight self around,
shouting, drinking, occasionally smashing. Gossips her way out of her
holes, inaccurately, etc.
To not "trigger" my neighbours, I have to mute the radio if it's getting
dramatic, musical, screamy, applaudy..... (i'll be "doing it to myself"
if I don't)
But then, and equally, such is the way this kind of property is built.
The components start to add-up, no soundproofing, no true privacy,
constant sleeplessness, air is costly to heat, quarter of a bath of hot
water = 3 quid (immersion heaters), pressure-of-work vs people with the
time.....
Right now it's just grindy, noise from all directions, 24/7 nearly.
