Our company purchased GSuite purchase. The invoice included Training charges, deployment charges and Gsuite for 3years.
How do i categorize these. Training charges under education and training? deployment charges and Gsuite for 3years under Compurter and Software, i.e. fixed assets or because it is only for three years cannot capitalize? please help. Thanks in advance.

Record the training charges as Education and Training Expense. The deployment and the Gsuite can be capitalized if a three year life qualifies to be capitalized under your Capitalization Policy.
