Software application checking

Dear accountants,
I work for a small company that developed their first ERP application,
and I need someone to check if the terms used in this application correspond to actual terms used in ERP.
I would need someone to go through this application and make documents (supplier invoice, production order, request for quotation, etc.)
It's a 3 hours work. What are the prices for this? Is anyone willing to apply?
