I wondered if anybody had any experience of a "collective" entity for software consultants who wish to work together but keep their own Ltd companies.
We are 6 experts in a niche technology. We would like to work together showing an illusion of a consultancy company (with website, email addresses and single invoice destinations) but then take our fees from that entity to our own companies.
I wondered if there would be restrictions due to anti money laundering regulations that would stop us setting up something like this.
