USA Sole Pro. Business Plan - Financial Projections - Cash Flow Statement

Working on Cash Flow Statement projections for a business plan, I have questions about where to generate numbers.

On Cash Flows Statement, there are 5 columns, they are::
Pre Startup EST , Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Total Item EST

There are three sections that make up the statement, they are::
CASH RECEIPTS
CASH PAID OUT
CASH POSITION

In there first column, Pre Startup EST., I believe it is asking for estimation of account balances, prior to start of business. Where would I generate those estimations from??

You can get estimates of the business's pre-startup situation by doing a lot of research and critical thinking about the resources available and the costs of starting and running whatever business you want to start/run.
