Hello everybody.
I am planning to start up a tour operator business in UK (or Us). I will just organise packaged tours in Italy. I will sell only them and not the flights which will be booked directly by the travel agency which will buy them or by private.
I will not need an office in UK (or Us) because I will organise everything from Italy where I live and where it will be the operative office but I will need a legal head office and an expert accountant. All the commercial transactions will be done with the head office (I mean non using Euros but Pounds or Dollars)
Can I do that even if I live in Italy? How much it will cost the start up? To whom have I to pay duties/taxes?
