I dont know what the exact offence was, but according to CIMA he made a large payment of money to his ex-employer, was expelled from the Institute for "dishonourable conduct" and fined 5,000. His appeal was dismissed and he was ordered to pay appeal costs.

Interesting bit is the "large payment of money to his ex-employer"...
