subcategories

In the process of moving to a new PC & have loaded 2004
deluxe on both boxes, but for some reason the new PC has
no entry box for subcategories in either the transaction
panel or the registry. I can't find where ask for it.
The old PC still has it for the same file so I know it
can? This has to be obvious, but it's not int
he "Tools/option" that I can find & the "Help" file
doesn't mention it either. Thanks.

Tools->Options->Categories->UseASingleListForCategoriesAndSubcategories....
