Anyone else having issues receiving their tax refund this year? It has been about 10 weeks for me and I still don't have my refund. I contacted the IRS about 4 weeks ago and they said that my file was flagged as an "identity theft victim" so it was being held and could take a total of 8 weeks. I had my full credit profile checked out when I applied for a mortgage a couple weeks later and there was no identity theft at all. I called back a couple of weeks ago and now they said it could take an additional 8 weeks (16 total) for no reason at all. I am not sure if there is anything I can do at this point.
