TAX Report As Foreigner

HI everyone

My dad , not USA citizen, registered a Closed CORP in State of Nevada a week ago. Now he intends export commodity to oversea. How should he follow up the tax code in State of Nevad and United State, plus he does not have bank account, would that be okay?
