Here is my question
I am a tipped employee and the rate of my tip compliance is way higher than what I earned par hour as tip income.
Does anyone know why?? My tip rate is 40% and the rate for server is 100%
However, my tip compliance is $32/hour and only $36/hour for server. This is so unfair.
Each servers earns more than double amount of tips but only $4 deferent from me. I want to know why.
