My client filed his 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax return in 2020. He was try to get his transcripts on the IRS website but did not see them. His payment for the filed returns have be processed but the transcripts are not available. The returns were file last year in July. Does any know if this is due to backlog? If so, can we verify the status by calling. Any thoughts?
