UK Transferring Tasbooks backup file to Sage50

My old book-keeper used TASbooks and my new Accountant uses Sage 50.

Is a .TSB file the correct type for transferring my Business data from TASbooks to Sage50?

If not, can data from Tasbooks be transferred to Sage50 and if so what backup file type is it? .001 or other?
