Two corps - deductability of pre-tax health insurance premiums

Husband is President of a family S-Corp. The wife is not
only an employee and shareholder of the S-Corp, but also
works full-time, solely as an employee, for a different
corporation (C-Corp). The wife wants to purchase health
insurance for the entire family through the C-Corp. Are
the health insurance premiums, a pre-tax benefit, an
allowable deduction for the S-Corp? I see a disconnect
here, but the few folks I have talked to about this so far
don't have a problem with the wife taking the deduction as a
business expense through the S-Corp. Your thoughts?
