Hi
We are planning on setting up a UK Ltd, we have always ran operations from overseas and billed clients from the main operation. We are now planning on putting people on the ground in the UK and this means creating a UK entity. the UK company will be highly profitable as all the work is done overseas. How do we get the money out of the UK without paying corporation tax on the profits? do we invoice the UK firm for all the backoffice work we are doing?
Thanks for your help, in advance
