Unable to Open

I can't get past the Money password sign-in page.All my
passwords are being rejected, even my Net.Passport one
which works fine when used otherwise. Removing 'Money'
and re-installing it has no effect.
How do I use this program?!

Which version? Have you done anything like changed PC, swapped hard drives?

The version is: Microsoft Money 2003 Standard as bundled
with Microsoft Works Suite 2003.
I have not changed PCs, but did de-install and re-install
Money after I had the problem.

If the .net passport doesn't work - would i be correct in assuming that it
doesn't work in both offline and online modes? Are you definitely using the
same file? Do you have any backup files to try instead?

Your assumption is correct, it doesn't work in either
offline or online modes. I am using the file newly
installed from my 'Works' disk.I do not have any backup
files to use.

I cannot understand how a newly installed copy of the
software can contain a password which I have not yet set
up? It makes the software totally useless!

Okay, is it a completely new install, no existing file? If so, try a
file->new on the money page. Can you try and open the sample file?
