Update Failing to Install

Hi,

I have Money 2007 on Windows Vista. After I started Money it said that there
was an update. It downloaded the update, closed Money, installed it, and
restarted it, but every time it opens it says that the update isn't
installed, and offers to download it again.

Now, it won't even sign in any more. Is there anywhere to download this
update and manually install it?
