upgrade from RMS 2.0 to POS 2009

Is there an upgrade path from RMS 2.0 to POS 2009? I've tried to restore an
RMS db to POS 2009 but the import wizard is bombing out.

Doug,
There is an upgrade path, but it is only one way. You will need to
consult the RMS to POS 2009 migration documentation. Basically you have
to run a series of scripts before you try to run the wizard.

Another thing, I _think_ you have to use the proper version of the MSPOSPartnerTools.zip for the RMS > POS2k9 conversion, i.e. if you are running without the SP1, you need the non SP1 tools, if running SP1 you need the SP1 tools.

SP1 download page - https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/downloads/servicepack/pos-2009-sp1 Must have access to PartnerSource.

But then again we don’t sell/support/use POS2k9.
