User administration



We are busy testing MSOA 2008 UK edition over a network setup running
SBS2003. After accessing info on this website (thanks to those who posted)
we have successfully got a network and stand alone version working, however
we have a major problem with the network version because of the user
administration rights being managed by Windows and not MSOA.

How do I set up it up so that I, who is in charge of MSOA, but only have
user rights on the server can manage users and other Administrator issues?
