Had a very part time company thay has just been disolved for failing
to return accounts.

it has not traded for a year and only part time...but just had a vat
inspection on the eve of being disolved

looks like i may owe then ...not much ...but still ill afford

that company has no assets ...so will they claim me personally

any thoughts?...or ideas

It's possible.

Sometimes they don't bother.

Oh dear. Did you send the VAST returns in ?

If not you were failing in your obligations as a director and they might
go after you.

Golden rule : Send the returns in for VAT & PAYE even if you can't
afford to pay them. Burying your head in the sand isn't an option !
