VP of Finance, to $100K+

Required Skills: Must have a minimum of 12 years of progressive
experience with a medium to large sized services firm. Must have
substantial proven business and commercial management knowledge and
experience with a deep knowledge of consulting
engineering/construction services industries and demonstrated
understanding of trends and development. Must possess good knowledge
of the Power, Cement, Infrastructure and Forest Industries Markets
(competitors and key customers).
MUST have EPC experience and experience supporting construction
services/management firms. This experience must be with a professional
services firm not manufacturing.
MUST have experience with Mergers & Acquisitions.
International project/business accounting experience is strongly
Bachelors degree required. Accounting/Finance degree preferred. CPA,
CGA or CMA strongly preferred.
Must have demonstrated the following skills and abilities: Ability to
plan functional and operational goals of a Division to align with
company direction; ability to communicate and work effectively with
other corporate departments; ability to assess the strategic needs of
Division's finance and operations; ability to identify the areas of
improvement in the Division's finance/operations and select/implement
solutions; ability to understand business integration requirements and
dependencies; and ability to provide guidance in development of future
enhancements and direction of the Division's finance/operations.
