USA W8-BEN Form

Any advice on requirement on completing W8-BEN form for our international staff. We are looking to sign up for Deel, they advised us our international staff needs to complete a W8-BEN form every time they submit an invoice, I had thought it was per contract, renewed each year.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
