What does it take?

C-7 discharged 06/02. Included was an account from Wells Fargo that was a
purchased account from another source, Bank One.

They didn't like the idea of the account being discharged so they hired a
lawyer to file a civil suit in state court. This action was dismissed with
prejudice.

Now they are calling saying they are going to attempt further collection
efforts.

What does it take to get their attention?

Thanx

Reopen your bankruptcy case and file for contempt against them. Not only
will they have to pay your lawyer's fees, you are likely to get some money
as well.

You might even consider an unfair consumer sales practice suit if your
state has such a law. Often for a knowing violation there are triple
damages plus attorney fees.

File a motion for contempt in the Federal Court that heard your case and sue
them in State Court.
