Doesn't the name say it all? Which of the four choices deals with tracking cash?

Thank you yes which indicates it deals with real cash (coin and note) rather than paperwork
My original answers were:
1) Money moving in and out of business
3) Sales and purchase invoices

Based on what you have said, my answers would change to:
1) Money moving in and out of business
4) Bank reconciliation

Would that be right? Sorry I'm new to this.

The cash book isn't used to 'record' the bank reconciliation, but you need it to 'do' the bank reconciliation.

Thank you so much, so of the four answers:

4) Bank reconciliation

There is only one:-
1) Money moving in and out of business

Would that be right?

Yep. The cash book does what it says on the tin - it records the coming and going of money in and out of the business.
