What listening to customers actually means

I just received an email from Barclays.

I go to the linked page and (easily) read

"Following customer feedback, we've changed your Terms
and Conditions to make them easier to read and understand."

And then on the SAME web page the small print in a font size so small
that it cannot be resolved on my computer screen.

Sigh

Is it not possible to increase the font size in your browser???

Yes, but why use two different font sizes on the same web page where one
is perfectly acceptable and the other so small that its unreadable,
especially on a page where they are congratulating _themselves_ on the
clarity of the information?
